Teachers at TCLC are supported in their work by the Principal, Deputy Principals, Head of Department - Curriculum, Pedagogy Coach PBL, Literacy Coach, Pedagogy Coaches, Social Worker, Guidance Officer and Community Education Counsellor (Identified).
The school uses the TRACER system for casual teacher replacements.
Teacher Aides
Townsville Community Learning Centre - A State Special School has a large number of Teacher Aide positions across the campus. Teacher Aides are integral to our school community. The school also has a pool of casual Teacher Aides who are available for either short-term contracts or casual relief work.
Teacher Aides are required to have a Blue Card prior to commencing work.
